[Forum] Members can only post 4 images

I got a couple of messages that members are only able to post 4 links from photobucket or flickr etc. is there a setting that I can change atleast that will take off that default option??. suggestions please.

When a new post is submitted or edited vBulletin will check the number of images and smilies in the text and reject it if the number is greater than the value specified here. Set the value to 0 to disable this function.
