why reputations cant dislay good ?

That is not "Reputation" but a person's "Reputation Power" that is how it is designed to be display. Go to Settings -> Options -> User Reputation Options to turn on the actual display of Reputation.Translations provided by Google.

can i display the level in the postbit ? (the number of reputation recived in totale?)

Reputation shows under the User Title under their name. If it isn't showing than it has been removed from your custom postbit and you will need to compare your postbit with the default. As I stated before, that is not the Reputation display. It is the Reputation Power display. They are two different things.Translations provided by Google.

There is no method to show a number value for reputation. Reputation is shown as images or pips under the user title.
If you need to hire someone for customizing your forum, you need to visit vBulletin.org. All support will do is revert the template to the original default.Translations provided by Google.
