[Forum] Give admin access to Styles & Templates only?

I need my graphics guy to have access to this so he can start creating a new skin for us, but I can't seem to figure out how to give him access to this section only in the admincp. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Admin CP -> Users -> Search for Users -> Advanced Search -> Input Desired Username -> Quick User Links -> Edit Administrator Permissions

For a quicker way, click the pencil icon on the user's profile and start from instruction 6 above.

Or in the AdminCP, you can go to Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions and click "Edit Permissions" next to the user's name.
