[Forum] Very Newbie Question

Hi all, I want to create a website that is similar to this site (not content wise, but look):

http://www.mandolincafe.com/

This appearance is what I am after for my site and I think, after reading the docs here, that I can create this look almost completely within vB. Am I close????

All within vBulletin as that site is running vBulletin. The home page is not a vBulletin page.

Thanks, that answered my question. I knew the forum was vB, but I didn't know if the front end was in vB or not. Well, I am at least on the way.
