In vb4, when I color the navbar_bevel stylevariable a black hex like #000000 or #161616? The little magnifying glass icon on the right-hand side of it mysteriously vanishes! Any explanation for this? Is it a coding bug?

I checked VB 4.0.8 and VB 4.2.0 and neither have a navbar_bevel stylevar... Is it navbar_tab_bevel maybe? I tried setting it to black (#000000) and could not reproduce the issue on either site. Can we get a link to see the problem on a live site? -
I can't reproduce it with navbar_tab_bevel on two default sites. Can you give a link so I can see the problem?Comment

Ok I think I think this was a mistake on my part. I accidentally changed the navbar border from solid to hidden. Hence the magnifying glass icon vanished.

been playing around in stylevar under navbar but can not find the right one to change the color from the default dark blue to a grey. want the bar with the pages i.e. forums, blogs etc: changed. which...Thu 1 Aug '13, 10:01pm
