    Can not view a thread when logged in, but fine when I am not



    how do i fix it?

    What happens when you try to view it when logged in? Do you get an error or what?

    Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
    Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

      I don't have any plugins installed as yet so thats not it.

      my mistake, i do have vbseo installed.

        then please disable vbseo via it's control panel (not via the products page) and remove the .htaccess for it and then see if you still have the same problem.
