[Forum] Wrong URL for the First Unread Post (?goto=newpost)

    Hello there,

I've got v4.1.12 forum and everything was working well, but after I upgraded to ver 4.2.0 I've spotted an error - the "Go to First Unread Post" (?goto=newpost) button doesn't work anymore.

How could have this happened? I haven't touched the source code nor anything in the DB. And how can I fix this?

    Is your SHOWTHREAD template modified?

Check that with the default style, If the problem gone, you may need to revert/update your custom style.

What exactly happens when you click the first unread post link?

it will load the first post instead of to the unread posts.

              How is this set?

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> General Settings -> Thread/Forum Read Marking Type ->

It should be set to -> Database (automatic forum marking)
