[Forum] File not recognized as part of vBulletin

In investing a MySQL error, I ran Suspect File Versions. I have many files with a status of "File not recognized as part of vBulletin" I upgraded to 4.2 today. Any help would be much appreciated.

"File not recognized as part of vBulletin" doesn't necessarily mean anything's wrong. While an unrecognized file *could* be something malicious, it's more likely a file left over from an older version of vb, or part of a mod.

What is the file ? there is one which is removed since 4.2.
