[Forum] anonymous users

I run an internal site for a union. Site is not public, only available to members.
All users use their employee-number as login, and right now I need this username to be hidden/modified (5 digits(e.g. 65446)).

The username is used all over site, so what I'd really like is that all presentations of username is
something like username*rand(14).

Is this possible?
Or is there some other way I can let the users be 100% anonymous (or atleast close to)?

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
