[Forum] Why is the forum mucking up for me and my users?

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); 

Hasn't changed it :s

What exactly is the problem? Your screenshot is so edited that it isn't helpful at all. I suggest contacting the creator of your custom style for support.
