mobile redirect hack on my forum. not sure how to resolve

did some searching here and can't find a solution. found others having the same problem on the apple forum.

When a user hits my site with a mobile phone (droid or iphone) they get a popup telling them they're a winner, then redireted to a spam site.

I can't figure out how to resolve this, and for some strange reason searching here returns no results. i CANNOT be the only person getting this.

can someone point me in the direction of a resolution?
