I'm having the same issue. I have 10,598 queued emails and have turned off the Mailqueue System, and set the Cron Based Sending to "no", but it still shows 10,598 queued messages. I've even run the "Process E-Mail Queue" in tasks but no change.

How do I clear these emails? Please let me know. Thanks!

Set Cron Based Sending back to yes, "Process E-Mail Queue" in tasks, then re-set Cron Based Sending back to No.

Next time please start your own thread.

          Thanks - it worked.

The reason that I posted in this thread was because it's only a week old, it's the exact same problem, and the op's problem of clearing the queue was never addressed. I usually search vbulletin's forums looking for answers to common problems, but if all I need to do is to start a new thread when something arises, then okay I'll do it. I just thought I was keeping the clutter at a minimum.
