Go into your Stylevars and make sure that the stylevar navbar_menu_height has its units set to px.

Could you post the code at all?? I'm running into the same problem now but I don't have a test forum.

    Lost lower navbar after revert

I am running Latest version available: 4.2.0 Patch Level 1
Custom theme generated from the theme manager, then edited by myself.
After upgrade to 4.2.0 i reverted a template (navbar) which lost my lower nav menu.
I just upgraded to 4.2.0 Patch Level 1 and hoped it would fix that but it has not.
Can anyone tell me how to get the lower menu back?

As you can see in the image. The main tabs in the navbar are fine.
Its the ones below that align with the "advanced search" that i hope to recover.

Sorry if im not clear in what i am trying to ask.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers DAMINK

Was able to resolve this myself.
I just copied the navbar contents from my test forum (which i did not revert) and everything is ok now.
