[Forum] HeaderInclude template keeps not loading

I'm running 4.2 now, which I thought would fix the issue, but it still exists. I don't really know what the heck could be causing this. But every couple days, (about 8 or 9 times now) my headerInclude template doesn't load. The forum is just blank, and in the console it says "vbulletin is not defined" And when I search in the loaded source for my header include JS files, they aren't there.

The temporary fix is to go into headerinclude and just click save. That resets it all.

Any clue as to why this keeps happening?

    Thanks!

Someone is trying to exploit your site and breaking the template.

    1) Make sure all your Addon Products are up to date. (Plugins & Products -> Manage Products). For example: Your vBSEO is currently out of date and can be vulnerable.

    2) Make sure no plugin are assigned to the vBulletin product. Delete any you didn't personally write. (Plugins & Products -> Plugin Manager)

    3) Make sure all your files are up to date and you do not have old or extra files in your vBulletin Directory (Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions).

    4) See this thread: http://www.vbseo.com/f5/security-bul...eleased-53801/

    5) Delete the contents of your searchprefs field. ( UPDATE usertextfield SET searchprefs = ''; )

    6) Run this tool: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=281080
