Could you clarify a little further? I'm not 100% sure what you mean

Could you please give us lists of Show Permission Name that exist in vBulletin files?
          Thank you

It uses the $show array, which can change depending on what page you are on. Here is the keys that were in the $show array on the forumhome of my test board at the time that navbar was rendered:
            Code:
            search_engine
            old_explorer
            rtl
            admincplink
            modcplink
            registerbutton
            searchbuttons
            quicksearch
            memberslist
            guest
            member
            detailedtime
            popups
            nojs_link
            pmwarning
            pmstats
            pmmainlink
            pmtracklink
            pmsendlink
            siglink024
            avatarlink
            profilepiclink
            wollink
            spacer
            dst_correction
            contactus

It uses the $show array, so you'd need to write a plugin to do it by usergroup.

I was hoping usergroup would be way to go. It's isn't what I expected.

                      can_see_cms
                      But, put
                      can_see_blog
                      instead?

looking at the Blog plugins, you would set the value to canpostitems.
