[Forum] No skimlinks option in AdminCP after upgrade

I was running 4.1.7 and there was no skimlinks or adsense link under the advertising option in adminCP. So, I upgraded to 4.1.12 and it's still not there... I saw it installing, so can anyone shed any light why it might not show up?

Is the skimlinks plugin enabled?

I've never had the skim links plugin. I was going to install it with the upgrade. I have found the skim links main settings to enable it on skimlinks.php but can't get to the more advanced settings. It's still not on my menu though.
