[Forum] Forum using Avatar thumbnail - how to switch back?

Hey guys,

I have searched and searched and can't seem to find out how to get our forum to show the full size of the avatar. The sizes are all correctly set per usergroup, but for some reason the thumbnail is being shown instead.

I'd like the normal avatar size to show in the posts and not the thumbnail version. Can anyone help?

If the avatar was uploaded while the smaller sizes were in effect, then they wouldn't rezie after the change.

We just upgraded from 3.8.X to 4.1.1 and moved to a dedicated server. I know the avatars are there as reg size and as thumbnail size as it seems when people post the will see it in it's normal size then once they refresh the page their avatar will go to thumbnail.

Are you positive that users haven't tried reuploading avatars after the permissions changed? Remember avatars must meet all 3 requirements: file size, height, and width. If they go over on any of those they'll tried to be resized to comply with all 3.

Yeah, we're good on all three- what seems to be happening is that it's getting the avatars from that "thumbs" directory. Here is the avatar directory with that same avatar. http://www.midwestevos.com/forums/cu...atar1087_2.gif

Let me try to save mine off and re-upload and see if there is any difference. I am smp3000 on there.

You had your mobile style set to your default style, should be resolved now.

This wasn't a problem until 4.1.6.

Zachery, just to clarify- this issue was caused as the default style was chosen for both of the mobile styles. Should they point to the used style or set to "none"?
