hello I have a user that has a problem when trying to search. apparently he is the only one with the problem. here's the error message when trying to search for something:

This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between searches. Please try again in 61554617 seconds.
however he is not getting this message when clicking on the button "what's new"

I do not know how to resolve this for him. thanks for your help
