[Forum] separate forum parts

Can i have one separate forum parts so it is decided that such forum ID 44 is always last in the Whats new post? We have AD market forum that will be last in the What´s New side.
Is there a function for this?

Not by default, you could add code to remove that specific forumid from the search results.
