I've noticed this in the past too. There is a lot of stuff that loads with Facebook like & connect.

FYI, async was added in 4.1.11. Loading of facebook's all.js was also lumped into /clientscript/vbulletin_facebook.js

I'm not sure, I would imagine we alraedy try to. you can check our bug tracker or put in a bug report for an improvement request.

Is it possible to call the Facebook JS files asynchronously so as not impact the load times?

You're including content from remote servers. Based on your local facebook systems, will depend on how responsive your pages are.

    Hello,

I am testing Facebook integration & some of the stats were just surprsing. These tests were done on vB 4.1.10 publishing suites.

    Scenarios
    Load time
    Page Size
    Page Elements
Vanilla vB with CMS default content 2.25s 171.32 KB 66
vB with Facebook Connect enabled in Settings 3.96s 366.11 KB 71
vB with Facebook Connect & Facebook Fan Page static widget 5.15s 627.70 KB 95
Is this consistent with others have experienced. This was done an Amazon Micro EC2 instance.

    Regards
