[Forum] Signature problems

I am running 4.1.7 on my site and whenever someone tries to add a signature using a IMG code the link shows up but not the image. I have signatures turned on in all my usergroups but still nothing. does anyone know what the problem could be?

[IMG] tags are not the same as uploaded images. Uploaded images come from [sigpic] code. IMG tags embed foreign images into your board.

Thus, you have to have IMG tags enabled in sigs for it to work. Not just sigpics. That's an entirely different function despite that both functions pertain to images.

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup. Set Allow Image BB Code under Signature Permissions to Yes.
