[Forum] Forum organization questions

Its me again. I'm a complete newbie so please forgive some of my questions.

I'm trying to organize my website. Right now, all my forums are listed separately. I'd like to organize them by topic like so many other websites including this one.

I don't know what the correct terms are so I've posted a picture to show you what I'm trying to do.

Here is what my page looks like.



And heres what I'm trying to replicate....

Go to "Add new Forum" in Acp put in the Topic ? Title and any description you want, now edit the "Act as Forum" to "No", it will act as a Category. When you create forums to be listed under one of the "Categories" you put the "Category" you want as the "Parent Forum".

Great! Thanks for the quick reply. I'll give this a shot.

But can I do this now with existing forums? How do I move my existing forums into the corresponding categories?

Go to "Forum Manager" and edit the "Parent Forum" for each of the forums.
