after more search i find this solution

php_flag suhosin.cookie.encrypt Off
php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 2048
php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 2048


and my problem solved

i have problem in multi select thread or posts or qoute

when users select som posts for quote after click on reply not display selection posts in reply box

when moderators select multi posts for do moderation action system say not any post selected

or when select several thread and action for example delet system say no any thread selected

i disable plugins and test in default template and not work
