So, is the only remedy for this right now to scrap the vBulletin Suite and reload vB 4 forum by itself?

This is really frustrating. Can anyone from vBulletin help? This is a huge bug.

I assumed so, but actually, I don't really know.

Sure would be nice if this worked! I'm doing a big subscription based membership drive right now and It's not updating anyone!!!

Hello!

I recently upgraded VB4 to the VB4 Suite.

However, now my Subscriptions are not working. People can buy, and the API test says everything is fine, however, the subscriptions (Active, Completed, Total) counters all say 0. And it's not upgrading the members usergroup like it's supposed to.

What did I not do when I upgraded? What could cause this?
