    Please put in a supprt ticket, if you havent already. Assuming you've disabled your addons and tried the default vBulletin style.

    im having this same problem...
    hope someone helps...ive done the suggestion lynee made...both are set to 'none' also....
    globally disabled all hooks/plugins and nothing changed...
