hi to all when i start new thread i am facing this error

First, disable all modifications and see if it goes away-

If it does the problem is likely due to a 3rd party modification. Re-enable hooks but disable all modifications via Product Manager in Admin CP, enable them 1 by 1, testing each time until the problem comes back- then you'll know which mod is causing it- you can remove it or get support from the mod author if available.

Otherwise if you have no mods enabled and are getting it it is likely your server is too overloaded/slow to effectively run vBulletin. What has changed? New host? Upgrade? Has it ever worked correctly?
