Is it possible to run a background music over the whole VB 4.1.9 forum? (doesnt matter if you click a other link, music goes on).

Not without a custom mod/code, that isn't supported here, you can ask on www.vbulletin.org.

Audio would need to play from a separate open (pop-up) window for it to not stop after each page click.
