Unfortunately I haven't and all this wasted time and money is not my fault. I've relied upon what was represented by the company to my detriment, such as in 2010. Hiding the road map and the mixing in of template and style changes with major changes elsewhere (and no road map or advance notice) creates a nightmare of upgrades. My repeating complaint has been merely" "please try to do unto others as you'd have them do unto you." Seriously... how difficult is it to put in a note in a read me file for updates about problems you know many customers are having? And you're right, I was upset when this happened before and look at the result? Instead of prioritizing important issues for communication with customers like this, they've spent that time marketing up a storm. How about letting all of us know that FB won't work with your installs if you're using 4.1.6 and prior instead of sending out several newsletters and emails pumping the Facebook app they are pimping? We forum owners have to wait until we're fortunate enough to have some user who can't register to inform you that it doesn't work.
Really... I don't want to sound off. I'm just at my wits end with this and if you saw the needless wasted time and money on stuff like this, you'd cringe. Tight budget squeezed needlessly by someone who is happy to take advantage of that, unfortunately. Anyways, I hope we can get off on a better foot from this point on. Best of luck.

It looks like the only files it had a problem with were ckeditor, you might want to take that up with them. As far as I know we do not do anything special to their files.

I'm reporting it here because only your files are causing this problem consistently - not just once or twice. And since I am far from the only one with this exact problem, the odds clearly say that all of us are probably not the ones with the problem on our end.

Hmmmm.... I just did a scan with diagnostics. This I did uploading your gzipped 4.1.7p2 just to make sure it wasn't my FTP software.

I figured out the problem. As is 100% typical, it's once again a vBSI major fail. It's also yet another recommendation I've also made countless times here which goes in a dozen ears and out the other. Seriously, you guys in support (and Allen) should call Fabian and get a job where people appreciate the good hard work that you do. I'm very frustrated by this but at least recognize the dedication that you people make here and the knowledgeable people that you are. This is a failure from the top to just get it right.
