We've got it on 4.1.9 so I've just voted for it in the Bug Tracker. Would be interested to know if the vBulletin team have been able to replicate it yet?

To be fair Trevor, we've been waiting over a month.

My Google Analytics have shown a 30%+ reduction in traffic since this bug.

And it is a bug, so how about changing that Bug Tracker report from Unconfirmed to Confirmed?

Some people have been waiting a lot longer than a month. How can you prove its from this bug?

              Oh dear.

              I give up.

Actually, that's done it for me.

That disgusting "support" response is the cherry on the cake. You've lost a loyal customer of 7 years. You'll soon see GrandOldTeam.com on XenForo.

                RIP vBulletin.

We have a know BUG with over 25 votes to fix it (obviously it is affecting a LOT of users), it has been known for nearly a month and has yet to be assigned or even acknowledged and this is the answers we get????

I have been using vBulletin on my VERY active site for nearly 6 years (started with v3.5.4) and I have to say, today is the first time I am no very seriously considering changing platforms after seeing this type of "support" answer...

                  Wow, I am just speechless...

I don't fix or confirm bug reports. There are also people who've been waiting a lot longer than a month for a fix, I'd like to see it fixed as much as you guys but I don't make those decisions. There hasn't been a newer version released yet, 4.1.10 is coming, but already feature froze. The soonest you'd get it, if it gets fixed that fast is 4.1.11.
