[Forum] What is vBCms?

When in the forum manager when I was building the forum there was a "forum" at the top already called the vBCms but it does not appear when you look at the forum it only appears in the admincp.

What is it and if I delete it what happens? Is it the "home" page? I thought it was but I changed the style within and the style on the home page did not change.

Just want to be sure.

Do you mean the vBCms Comments forum? It is there as a default for you to send your CMS Comments if you choose to allow comments for your CMS articles.

I'm not sure what you mean. Usually admins choose not to show that forum on the forum.php listing.

What is vBCms?

If someone comments on an article in your CMS, that comment ends up in that forum. The forum only hold comments.

The vBcms doesn't have it's own comment system. It uses the forum to store them.

Delete that forum and you delete any comments on your articles.

And if you post a new thread it in, it will not show up in your CMS - FYI
