[CMS] Permission for Registered users to create Static page

Hello,

How do i give permission to registered user for creating static pages ? currently they see all 3 of them article, php and static but they can only create articles for other selections they get permission error.

Do they have HTML permission in CMS permissions?

Yes for the section i allowed.. i am not sure what else to do to solve this issue.
