[Forum] after 4.1.8 reply/post/quick reply not working in some of my forums

When using IE or chrome, text box is not showing in the some of my forums.

Disabling your third party addons would be your first step. If that doesn't fix it, try a default vbulletin style and language as well.

If all that fails reupload the clientscript folder and do a hard refresh (ctrl + f5 in windows, apple + R in OSX)

I tried disabling add-ons and we've re-uploaded the upgrade. Still not working.

Yeah, I saw this posting and tried the suggestions from it but its still not working.

Also, the text entry works in some forums and not others.
It works in these sections:

Forums are basically USELESS except for reading existing content since upgrade. HELP.
