  • [Forum] Page not found error on upgrade.php

So my site got hacked, I was using the vb 4.17 and it got taken out by some hacker called jester. Anyways I went to godaddy and restored it to a previous date (the 21st of Nov), I uploaded the new files via FTP and when I go to the upgrade.php page it says its not found even though the damn file is there. I am lost at this point. Any suggestions?

can you post a screenshot of the files in your ftp and what folder they are in also post a ss of your install folder
you seem to have some missing images looks like your files might not be installed in the right folder

you have files from your includes folder inside your install folder you need to fix this. And if this is wrong what other folders are wrong you need to check them all download the full pack and check each folder and check one file at a time

a backup does not replace the vb files only the db tables and content so deleting the files not a good idea. I have told you how to fix it might look like a lot of work but worth trying
