[CMS] How to randomly cycle content displayed on front page (section manager)?

Is there a way to randomly display content in a section each time the front page is loaded? I don't see it as an option in the "display order" dropdown.

There is no option for this. It could possibly be done via a modification, mods are discussed on vBulletin.org.
