[Forum] Insert Image Error after upgrade to 4.1.8

Hello Everyone,I still get "invalid url" error when i try to upload any image via url which was supposed to be fixed in 4.1.8 i guess but still not fixed ???? also when i try to upload image from my computer it works fine on vbulletin style but if i have a custom style and i try to upload an image it doesn't upload. Here are both screen shots.
