[Forum] Forcing moderating following edits

Hi there. If I permit a post or thread to be edited by the user, I want to be able to force it to be re moderated. Is this possible? If this isn't possible, I will need to not permit editing and only allow deletions. However when I try this I can get it so they can delete their own created threads, but not their replies to other peoples threads. The settings are:

Can Edit Own Posts	No
Can Delete Own Posts	Yes
Can Delete Own Threads	Yes

Please advise. Thank you.
