[Forum] BBCode buttons not showing up after upgrade

Hey all, so I've upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.1.4 to fix an exploit that was posted on a site. When the upgrade was complete I tried to create a new post and the BBCode buttons look like this:

They are there, but the icons are not showing up.
They do work if you click on them though.

Anyone know a fix for this? Is there a directory for the images that got configured wrong during the upgrade?

Even if I create a new style with no parent style and use that as my default template the buttons do not appear.

Upload the sprite.png from the images/editor directory to your server. Place it in the proper location for your style as specified in the imgdir_editor stylevar.
