[Forum] Upgrade to CMS?

Is there a way I can upgrade my forums to forums + cms without buying a whole new license?

Upgrade the current license, go to https://www.vbulletin.com/order click on Login, once logged i click continue. There should be an otion for 100 USD to upgrade to the suite license.
