how to restore deleted usergroup ?

hi to all is there any way to restore deleted usergroup
i dont have backup cause i delet that usergroup 2 year ago

There is no way to restore a deleted user group. You'll need to make a new usergroup to replace it.

ok sir thanks but one problem is that which user group i delete now there user not showing in user group manager
tottal users are about 116900
but in user group manger showing only 79798

i Update User Titles and Ranks but user manager group still not showing tottal users
plz see screen short cause when i Update User Titles and Ranks its showing about 116900
