[Forum] Footer Broken in IE after upgrade

I have no idea what happened but any help is much appreciated.

I just realized that after the upgrade my footer stays stuck in the middle of the page in IE

Firefox my footer works fine.

Any Ideas

also i noticed that its just on forum.php as well.

it looks like my footer is in my sidebar. on forum.php

This script is causing the issue any idea why?

that is not your footer in the screenshot check that section off topic stuff as that is where the problem is for that section

it looks like the rss feed itself has a '); which is outputting and causing the footer to mess up. will confirm brb
