When someone leaves a message on a profile, and the user decides to delete the message from the conversation, it gets rid of the actual message but in its place it leaves a message saying the message has been deleted. How do you get it so that it is completely deleted rather than leaving this message on their profile message board?

Only administrators should be seeing the place-holder message this way you can undelete it if you wanted. Normal uses won't see the message.Comment

“I have deleted this message, cleared out my trash and tried everything I know to get rid of this old email message. It still keeps showing up as a new message...Thu 28 Feb '19, 4:31pm
