Vbulletin 4 Suite to Vbulletin 4 Forum only

I've currently got two licenses - a VB4 suite license and a VB4 forum license.

I used to have a site running on VB4 suite which I want to bring back as a forum only (I still have the database backed up), but as I'm using the VB4 suite for another site and have no need for the cms or blog for the site I'm resurrecting (it's now using Wordpress as a cms) I want to associate this resurrected site with my VB4 forum only license. The problem is that when I originally installed VB4, it was with the rest of the suite.

Am I able to just remove the cms features with my old database, and then upgrade the forum to 4.2 with my forum only license?
