    I haven't had a response to that support ticket (Ticketid: 1217696).

    How long does it normally take?

    Thanks!

    Just to clarify, when you originally asked me to clear my cache, I cleared my browser cache. I didn't do anything with VB caching, I'm not familiar with that.

    vbulletin 4 doesn't really have advanced caching so I am not sure what is causing the problem. You'll need to open a support ticket so we can look at your installation closer.

    Can try clearing your cache... Do you have anything like vBOptimized installed? Does it happen if that is turned off?

    Thanks for your reply Wayne.

    "No other templates were modified?" No, all I did was put that code at the bottom of the headinclude_bottom template and then remove it.

    The script had also been previously tested in the ad_navbar_below template and removed from there. But that didn't do the damage, the harm was only caused when it was added to the headinclude_bottom template.

    "No plugins created for the advertising?" No

    "The ads were removed from the ad manager?" I didn't put any ads in there, just the script as outlined above.

    If it helps, the line of code I added to the bottom of the headinclude_bottom template is the one below;
    Code:
    [B][COLOR=#262626]<script src="[/COLOR][URL]http://rich-page.appspot.com/js/one.js[/URL][/B][COLOR=#262626][FONT=arial][B]"></script>[/B][/FONT][/COLOR]

    Site Broken Template Problem?

    (vBulletin 4.2.0 Patch Level 2)

    I inserted ad advertiser's Javascript code in the bottom of the the headinclude_bottom template of my forum. This code completely messed up how my forum is displaying. I removed the line of code but my forum is still not displaying correctly.

    The code that is in my headinclude_bottom template is shown below;

    Code:
    {vb:cssfile additional.css}
    {vb:raw template_hook.headinclude_bottom_css}
    You can see how my site is displaying [Edit] in the image in the post below. I've switched to the default VB style and it seems to be running OK.

    How can I fix the site?

    Thanks!
