    Ubuntu style forum hack - NEED to reset all user passwords. Please advise

    Our vbulletin 4x forums were hacked recently and we need to find a way to reset all user passwords just to be safe.

    I can't find any default option for doing this.

    Does anyone have any suggestions to this problem?

    There isn't a default option, you could choose a new md5 hash and set all accounts to this, this would force users to recover their accounts.

      To prevent this, don't allow your moderators to create announcements with HTML on the front-end.
