[CMS] RSS Export

Is there any way to display the latest items from the side widgets (CMS, Blogs, Forum, etc) on another site? I could not find any way to create an export like that.

2. How do I set the layout to fixed width?

If you have "RSS"s, then you can use RSS2HTML script or "feedburner buzzboost" in another website.
