[Forum] Unclosed Curly Brace Expression

I'm trying to add some code to the headinclude template but keep encountering the following error:

The following error occurred when attempting to evaluate this template:
Unclosed Curly Brace Expression

If I attempt to continue with a save, a new error is generated:

This template was changed by someone else while you were editing it. Your changes have not been saved.

The offending line in my code appears to be:

var flashvars = {};

Is this a bug in the template editor?

Dont think you can add that like so, best is to look on vBulletin.org what is wrong with the code, vBulletin.com does not assist with custom coding.

It's more the nature of the error handling that concerns me, that can't be right surely?

Its the normal error you get when editing a template that is not allowed and/or supported the second warning is because you attempted a second time so you get another warning that some one else tried it.

You should add

<vb:literal>yourjscode</vb:literal>

It will make the template parser ignore it.
