[Forum] Fatal error Upgrading issue

When trying to upgrade from 414 to 416 I get a fatal error,

The upgrade never started, went straight to error,

I used the define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); before starting.

Can anyone help, my site is completely down!

OK, I fixed this problem but they now appears to be another. The redirects (rewrites) .htaccess is no longer working?

I just checked your forum and it appears to be working fine.

yes it is now but not with my style, one I had to whip together quickly.
