[Forum] How to give forum categories their own page?

If I click a forum category here at Vbulletin, lets say Vbulletin 4, I'm taken to that categories page.

But when I do that on my forums, it just jumps down to that Category on the main list using a hash mark.

I want to change it so every forum category gets its own page, but can't figure out how. Any help would be appreciated. My forum is running VBSEO, but I couldn't find anything in there either.

Try disable vBSEO via it's own Control Panel and rename any relevant .htaccess files to ensure they're not being called. Do you have the same problem?
