[CMS] Rerouting recursion with: error/500

hello, i know there is lots of thread with that question but none answered it, so i ask it here

my vps hard drive crashed so i have been migrated to another one, i must install again my cms and forum, my forum is working good but my cms give me this error

Fatal error: Rerouting recursion with: error/500 on line 225 in [path]/vb/router.php  in [path]/vb/vb.php on line 287 

i have seen we have to uninstall then reinstall the CMS to make it work, i did it, but the problem is that when u uninstall that clean all the data of the CMS, i have about 700 articles and dont want to loose them, if i tried to import my last backup on phpmyadmin, i have this error again

can someone help me ??

please help me because it took me about 3 years to make these article (i was on mediawiki before cms) and the only backup i have is a CMS one (and i cant put it back on my forum)

Also the CPU is about 70% and I have high Serverload. I deactivated the CMS and than I changed index.php choice option

define('INDEX_SCRIPT', 'forum.php'); 

Now the CPU seems to be fine and the serverload is normal.
