  • [Forum] Automatically change certain words (text) into links?

Is there a way to automatically change certain words in posts into links? For example, if someone types the word Phoenix Guide or Phoenix Handbook on my forum, is there a way to make that word turn into a link to my landing page for the ebook? I looked for a hack for this, but couldn't find one. Maybe I'm overlooking it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

you can use a custom replacement variable...

You should be asking this question over on vbulletin.org, the modification site. There is a modification for this (I'm pretty sure) and I have also posted the plugin code a few times to do this in posts. So, you should be able to search for it.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
